Everyone at K4CARE is committed to making sure customers are satisfied with our products and happy with their purchases. In the event that you are not satisfied, you are free to return the unused product within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sale@ www.k4care.info@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
